Butter Chicken

Murgh makhani, is a rich and flavorful Indian pizza that consists of tender, chicken pieces cooked in a creamy, spiced tomato-based sauce. The chicken is marinated in a mixture of yogurt, lemon juice, and a blend of spices like garam masala, cumin and turmeric. After marinating, the chicken is cooked in pan-fried until golden brown, and then added to a smooth, velvety sauce made from butter, cream, tomatoes, and various spices.
